What We Need From You
To help us investigate your concern promptly, please include the following information in your email:
1. A clear and detailed description of the issue
2. Patient name
3. Order ID (where applicable)
4. Product name
5. Date of order
6. Clear photographic evidence of the issue
Providing complete information at the outset will help us reach a resolution more quickly.
If the issue cannot be clearly shown in a photograph, we may ask you to return the product to 3Dental for further assessment.
Important Information
Any concerns relating to the fit of a product must be reported within 14 days of dispatch. Reporting within this timeframe ensures eligibility for a complimentary remake where appropriate.
All complaints are carefully reviewed by our Complaints Team. In some cases, we may need to request additional information to complete our assessment.
Once your complaint has been reviewed, we will confirm whether a remake will be provided free of charge or if a fee will apply.
Please do not dispose of any products until the complaints process has been fully completed.
We aim to acknowledge and respond to all complaints within 48 hours of receipt and will keep you informed throughout the process.
