3Dental accept impression orders which will be Cast & Scanned in 48 hours to create your patient’s treatment plan. To create your order, you can access the 3Dental portal on any device and quickly complete our online prescription form.

3Dental then create your patient’s treatment plan using the scan from the impression or you can access the 3Dental portal quickly complete our online prescription form and attach your files or let us know you are sending directly from your scanning platform. Your patient’s treatment plan will then be created and reviewed by dental technicians and reviewed by orthodontists. We then will upload this to the portal for you to access and accept or add any additional notes to make changes, this can then be sent to the patient to accept, or you can accept for both and send over the interactive image.

After the Approval for manufacturing has been given, we then put your patients case into production, with leading technology, advanced machinery, and highly skilled team, 3Dental will manufacture and dispatch the Premium Aligner Package in 72 Working Hours.

We also send out the final stage premium retainer with the aligner package, this will allow the patient to use this as soon as the treatment of aligners is complete, and no regression will happen between completing the case and ordering a premium retainer. As well as giving the patient the final stage that they know their teeth will get to after the treatment.

3Dental want to give your patient a feel that they have invested in a luxury product not just a treatment and feel that having a premium package with all in one but also having the wow factor for the patient to show friends family and share their purchase on Instagram and other social media if they wish to do so. With that in mind we also offer a white box solution so you can label your practice around our product to allow your practice to gain larger exposure and increase your patient awareness.

Dental monitoring is also within the package to allow the patient to start scanning their progression from day one and then continue sharing their progress with you and 3Dental remotely, which allows more chair time to see other patients and then bring the patient in only when it is required.

3Dental will support you in the remote monitoring of your patients progress so that we can send you updates and whenever there are lab related issues with the aligner treatment 3Dental can be there to resolve it instantly and saves the delay of communication between multiple points of contact and having regression on the treatment when the initial issue is resolved

If for any reason new aligners need to be sent to the patient during the treatment 3Dental will send this out directly to the patient or to your practice free of charge so that the treatment progress stays on track

We hope to not get any refinements needed from our treatments, but we know that they can occur so when this happens, we will also include any refinements that are needed. We will include the new treatment plan, new aligners and replace the premium retainer with the new final stage from the refinements inclusive of the initial cost*
